Position Name: Administration Assistant
Job responsibilities:
• Administrative and Logistic Affairs:
o Assure effective office support to meet the Branch’s business requirements;
o Assist department Head to manage documents and materials of the Branch;
o Assist department Head to manage and coordinates the Branch's logistic function;
o Assist department Head to manage fixed assets and office supplies of the Branch;
o Assist department Head to manage external affairs, including customer reception, organization activities and so on.
o Assist department Head to manage Office security;
o Assist department Head to complete the integrated procurement of the Branch.
• Assist department Head to manage HR work, including recruitment, training, attendance and so on.
• Cooperate with other departments of the Branch;
• Additional ad-hoc work assigned by the superior.
Specific competences - KNOWLEDGE:
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications. (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Specific competences – SKILLS:
•Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
•Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced Degree.
Language requirements:
Fluent in English and Czech.
Experience requirements:
Relevant administration experience would be preferable.
