V. In accordance with the laws of Macau SAR, any customer has the right to:

1. Check whether the Bank keeps the customers’ information and inquire for such data;

2. Request the Bank to correct any inaccurate information related to the customer;

3. Ascertain the Bank’s policies and practices on customers’ information and be informed of the types of personal information which is kept by the Bank.

VI. The Bank has the right to charge a reasonable fee for handling any inquiry of information.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

The clauses herein are subject to the laws of Macau SAR government. The Macau court has jurisdiction over any dispute.
