Service Scope：

§ Custody Service:  open and maintain custodian accounts; safe keep all assets that are located in different offshore markets; arrange trade settlement, trade transactions, cash transactions and corporate actions.

§ Administration Service:  provide monthly statements; maintain proper books and records; provide audit support;  provide valuation and accounting services; calculate performance fee.

§ Transfer Agent Service:  receive subscription and redemption orders; prepare and issue monthly and other periodic statements to all shareholders and distributors / agents; maintain a copy of share register; provide CRS reporting services.

§ Trustee Service: act in accordance with the Trust Deed; post investment monitoring
